Our Mission: To be the fastest source to transcribe the chords of songs, with emphasis on anime songs. 

Our Vision: To be the number one source for the latest transcriptions of anime songs in 2023.

Well.. One can always dream, right?

Once again, welcome! Yo! Bass Transcriber is run by one author, Hun. I’ve incorporated the mission and vision of this website as the driving force for me to maintain this website. Of course, my personal motivation is keep playing the bass guitar and to improve listening by ear.

I’ve been playing the bass guitar for some time now and I’ve noticed that I could determine which chord of a major or minor scale is being played in a song. But the one weakness I have is that I still find it difficult to determine which scale is being played. This is one of the reasons I’ve decided to start this website. Of course, I’m using this website to record all my transcriptions and share them with you. 🙂

Now the reason that most of the songs transcribed here will be anime songs, is simply because, I love watching anime. When I can really relate to an anime show, some times I’ll get attached to the opening or ending songs. And when I do get attached to the song, I’ll probably transcribe it by ear and I might as well record the transcription here.

In spite of my personal reasons for this website, I am very open to transcribing any song. So do send in your request if you would like to have the chords of a song. You can find the request link after clicking the Menu button on the top right.
